We use this device primarily to contour facial features, especially in the lower face. HIFU works best to reduce volume in the jowls, nasolabial folds & submental areas (under the chin). 

Volnewner on the other hand is less useful as a contouring tool as the energy levels are spread over larger areas (bulk heating), whilst HIFU provides concentrated energy.
