Cancellation

While we do understand that situations can present themselves, Jeunesse Spa and Skin Care has a strict no show/cancellation policy. If 48 hours notice is not provided when cancelling an appointment, a rescheduling fee of $49 will be applied in order to re-book a future appointment. For consultations, a $49 cancellation fee will be required in order to re-book.

We ask that all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Jeunesse Spa and Skin Care reserves the right to cancel appointment if client is more than 15 minutes late, at which point, the cancellation policy will apply.

Gift Cards

Jeunesse Skin Care & Day Spa ™ Gift Cards are available for all of our spa  services and in the denomination of your choice.

Reservations

Consultations

A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required in order to book a consultation. The deposit will then transfer towards any future services that are booked with Jeunesse Spa and Skin Care. If a service is not chosen during the time of consultation, the non-refundable amount of $50.00 will sit on your account. Consultations will be charged at the time of booking.

Arrival

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to sign in our facility. Appointments begin at the time scheduled. As a courtesy to following guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full.

Choosing Your Treatments

Our Spa Reservations team will help you plan the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs. Please let us know at time of booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, a pacemaker, or if you are pregnant.

Couples

We invite you to experience your treatments of choice in tandem in our Private Spa Suites. We are happy to create a custom package for you to enjoy together. For pricing and reservations, please inquire with our Spa Reservations team.

Spa Environment

At Jeunesse Skin Care & Day Spa ™  we strive to provide the most relaxing and soothing spa experience possible. In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers be turned to mute. All clients must be 16 and up.

Attire

Jeunesse Skin Care & Day Spa ™ provides an array of spa amenities during your stay, including robe and slippers for your comfort, and a secure locker for storing your personal belongings. Jeunesse Skin Care & Day Spa ™ is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
